Striving to share the success of a work/life balance, Mesa del Sol’s owners retained The Garrity Group to share their story. Mesa del Sol is a community of commercial and residential properties with embedded infrastructure to create a smart, sustainable and safe environment. The community is in the development phase. Previous efforts, through other firms, failed to get traction. The Garrity Group created storylines for specific news media groups. Coverage was secured throughout Santa Fe and Albuquerque, including KRQE-TV and the Albuquerque Journal. The Garrity Group efforts generated Mesa del Sol media coverage reaching 536,000 area residents, (¼ of New Mexico’s population).
